Vertical Games Terms Of Service:

1. This document shall be legally binding. It shall act as an agreement between you (the customer) and Vertical Games (VG).
2. The relationship between the customer and VG shall be that of independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement will form any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will not make any statement that contradicts this.
3. Your site is the only site approved for use of the games. Any other site found using the games will result in a termination of this agreement.
4. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason. You must submit to us the written notification of your termination on the day of your termination.
5. We claim no liability, monetary or otherwise, from any circumstance or situation that may result out of this agreement.
6. Sites featuring any content we deem unfit, including but not limited to: illegal content, hatred/racism are not permitted to enter this agreement and will be terminated immediately.
7. The games and all files associated with the games are the sole property of the owners of VG and are protected under international copyright law. No person is permitted to download, alter or copy any of the files at any time.
8. The games use fantasy points, and at no time do we warrant or claim that we will pay, reimburse, produce or offer real monetary funds or anything of monetary value. Any customer making such claims is solely liable for any problems, lawsuits or claims that result from such activity. Any webmaster making such claims shall have their account terminated immediately.
9. Upon terminating this agreement you must remove all links, promotions and materials relating to our games, website and affiliation with you from your web site.
10. Our failure to enforce any term of this agreement does not waive our right to do so.
11. We may modify this agreement at any time, as we see fit, with or without notice.
12. This agreement takes effect when you complete the signup process located at http://www.verticalgames.com/signup.html and shall remain effective until either party terminates this agreement in writing.
13. We make no claims as to the performance of any materials that we provide you with, and shall not be held liable for any circumstances arising from glitches, down times or other technical difficulties.
